If your order totals more than 80.00EUR, we'll ship it to you free of charge - worldwide.
For orders of less than 80.00EUR we charge a flat fee of 4.99EUR.
1.2. Method of shipment
We ship your order as a registered parcel or registered letter at no extra charge. This helps to ensure that you'll receive what you ordered.
1.3. Delivery period
Your order is processed promptly and accurately as soon as your payment details are verified, and we will send you a confirmation after the order has been shipped.
Within the European Union, the average delivery time for items in stock is 7 working days. For standard delivery service within the United States of America and Canada please allow 10-20 working days or 5-10 working days for express service (20.00EUR extra).
If your order is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you to ask whether the changed delivery time is acceptable for you.
2. Payment options
Noblelook accepts payment by credit card, cheque, money order, or money transfer to our bank account. Instructions regarding the different methods of payment are clearly displayed during the checkout process when you place your order.
2.1.Payment by credit card
Noblelook accepts Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa. The 128-bit SSL encryption technology provided by our site ensures that your credit card details are securely transferred between your PC and the ECS/Clearing Service. Your credit card details are immediately validated to get an online authorization of the credit card company for your payment.

3. Returns
Shopping at Noblelook is totally risk-free. All items carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. The only exceptions from the no-risk shopping warranty are used items, opened packages of contact lenses, and products that were custom-built for you.

3.1. Risk-free shopping
Should a product fail to meet your expectations, just send it back to Noblelook within 14 days of receipt (in the original quality and its original packaging) to receive your money back. The risk-free shopping is based on restrictive distance selling legislation of the European Directive. For you this means: shopping at Noblelook is risk-free, because everything can be returned.
3.2. Save shipping costs on contact lenses
Noblelook further guarantees to exchange all unused contact lenses should your eyesight change. Simply send your remaining packages back and mention your new strength of vision. Lenses from Noblelook are designed to be stored many years, so you can buy bulk to save on shipping.
3.3. Cancellation of an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. We endeavor to acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days of receipt, to keep you informed of progress, and to resolve complaints quickly and fairly.
Once you have cancelled your order, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. Return the goods at your expense to the address below - we recommend using a recognized delivery service and insuring the parcel. Please mark all parcels clearly with your address and a packing list inside. As soon as we receive your parcel and the item is verified we'll charge back your outlays.
