1. When clicking "free virtual trial" I just see the download page but I installed it already, what can I do?
Start the programm NobleTrail (Start/Programs/Noblelook.com/NobleTrial), then click the "refresh" or "reload" button
in your browser, enabling the website to detect the runing program. Now the button "free virtual trial" should work and will handover the selected glasses to the NobleTrial application.
2. What, if it still doesn't work?
Check your Browser settings, if you may have deactivated cookies. Enabled cookies are a prerequisite for running NobleTrail, as they are used
to transfer the information which model you've selected for virtual trail to the application.
3. I receive an error message "Laufzeitfehler 5: Ungültiger Prozeduraufruf oder ungültiges Argument", what can I do?
a. Click on OK in the error message to close the NobleTrial application.
b. Delete all existing cookies from within your browser.
(In Internet Explorer 6: Tools/Internet Options/delete cookies)
c. Restart the NobleTrial application from "Start/Programs/Noblelook.com/NobleTrial".
d. On the noblelook.com website click the "free virtual trial" button for the desired glasses model. If you now see the download page of NobleTrial, use the "back" function in your browser to return to the last page and reclick the button "free virtual trial".
4. I receive an error message "Laufzeitfehler 481: Ungültiges Bild", what can I do?
This happens rarely. Just the picture of the selected model is not OK to be processed.
All other modells should work fine, maybe you find the model in another color to use the virtual trial.

5. How can I uninstall NobleTrial?
NobleTrial is just one executable file, located in the folder you specified during installation.
By default, the installation folder is: C:/Programme/noblelook. Just delete this folder to remove NobleTrial from your PC.
Additionally you can remove the link in your Windows start menu by selecting it and clicking "delete" with the right mouse key.
